1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the HRBasket website available at [insert website address] (hereinafter: "Service").

The Service is operated by:

(hereinafter: "Operator").

The Service mediates between clients ordering HR services (hereinafter: "Clients") and individuals providing such services as freelancers (hereinafter: "Freelancers").

Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

The Service enables:
a) publishing announcements regarding HR services,
b) establishing cooperation between Clients and Freelancers,
c) concluding contracts for HR service provision through the Operator,
d) financial settlements between Client and Freelancer with the Operator's participation.

The Operator is not a substantive party to HR service contracts but mediates in their conclusion and settlement execution.

3. Registration and Use of the Service

Access to full Service functionality requires registration and account creation.

The User is obligated to provide truthful data.

The Operator may refuse registration or block an account in case of Terms of Service violation.

4. Cooperation Principles

The Client, by selecting a Freelancer, enters into a contract with them through the Service.

The Client makes payments to the Operator. The Operator then transfers remuneration to the Freelancer, deducting the applicable commission according to the current price list.

The Operator is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Freelancers or for non-performance or improper performance of the contract by the Client or Freelancer.

5. Payments and Settlements

Payments are made via bank transfer or through payment systems operated by the Operator.

The Operator issues invoices/receipts in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Freelancers are responsible for proper tax and contribution settlements resulting from received remuneration.

6. Liability

The Operator ensures proper Service operation but does not guarantee its full availability at all times.

The Operator is not responsible for the content of announcements posted by Users or the consequences of concluded contracts.

7. Complaints

Users may submit complaints regarding Service operation to the Operator's email address.

Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law.

All disputes arising from Service use will be resolved by courts competent for the Operator's registered office.

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon their publication in the Service.
